why cant there be true permanent punk hair color?
that lasts more then a week? or a week and a half?

i ve reached the paranoid conclusion there is some secret hair dye that i do not know about but so far i have used

manic panic
punky colors
special effects
fudge
rusk

and always on bleached hair
is there a chemical reason?
do they just assume we are flakey people who dont really want permnant hair dye even though it says that on the bottle?
