i feel a little dorky. i wrote an email to a reporter for the local news asking for coverage about an empty store front whose glass plate was broken overnight. then it was cordered off by police tape saying " police line do not cross" now the tape is broken and people are walking past it but the glass isnt cleaned up off the ground or around the window frame! now that all has been going on since saturday night. now this early afternoon i saw there was a break in the window of the comic book store. is it co-incidence? who will clean up the broken glass aand when will it be repaired. maybe now the borough will not let the empty building stay empty any longer. it sbeen empty since i started being in west chester (13 yrs ago). supposedly its tied up in legal issues but its just sitting rotting becoming an eye sore and perhaps now a target.
