im disappointed, i hired a company called "mr. handyman" to come out a down some stuff today. the tech never came. its service where they send a contractor to your house for a number of hours for a flat rate and they in turn will do pretty much any household chore or general contracting. then it urns out one contractor "tech" was injured another had a sick child. it wasnt until 2:45 we got a call saying they wouldnt be coming out and could re-schedule monday afternoon. shawn told them to just cancel it since they werent apologetic or offering any sort of compensation for our time lost.
its frustrating, anticipating he woking will be done, getting things ready, hiring the guys, then such a let down and who knows when this work will ever get done now :(
