im thinking about knitting this shawl- i think i have to. i got ripped off buying the pattern. i'm really turned off by the model's smile though. they also have a pattern for a non-lacey version but that one is a whole seperate price- i guess i could figure it out. the yarn is blue sky alapca which will set me back appox $50 (i might be able to find it a bit cheaper). i never have anything wear to wear when we go out and i like that i wont worry about this slipping but i'll have to force myself to buy a nuteral color.
