i have been playing phone tag for two weeks and
just found out that legally i can not use "warm woolies" in any way for my etsy shop or business.
honestly im crushed and deflated but i know i'll come back from it. there is a charity that tradeuses the name- what the difference is from a trademark i dont know but im not hiring a lawyer to explain it to me, but they are willing to take it to court- well not me!! i have 24 hours to think about it and their lawyer will see if they can get me some money to cover my losses for having to change my name.
