for the first time in a LONG time i have massive blisters on my feet. my heels to be exact. i wore a pair of dress shoes on friday for 3 hours with no hosiery. holy cow i had no idea the damage i was doing to my poor feet. i feel bad for treating them so poorly. now im under an intense treatment of bandanges and antibiotic cream.
