see all that green, that looks like ground cover? thats the queen's anne lace i've been pulling up non-stop. last year i thought, oh its not so bad. but it was. it grew kneee, made pretty flowers then my yard look like an abandoned lot. pulling it all out is such an endless chore. all the roots are tangled under ground so i'm also uprooting a majority of the intentional plantings. plus i just broke a major root for a clemantis while culivating.

here's the root i broke & pulled out of the ground. think the plant will die?


look at these awesome cool white hostas. they grew inside of a hallow lawn ornament. we're going to try and keep an eye on them and see how long it takes for them to turn green.


last- despite my whining i finished alot of weeding yesterday and now i think its now time to just up-keep it.
