west chester as i've known it for the past ten years will be changing- ugh ack!! i just read a starbucks is coming to the main intersection of town! nooo its just not right! this is my small town america. i thought it was not possiblein this town (there's laws against certain types of corporations & franchises) how will local business owners compete? there's already 6 other coffee shops & that's not counting the diners. i really thought i was up on borough news (much more then some people) i tend to get appox 5 emails a day about borough hearings, meetings etc. i never heard about this. i'll have to look in to it.
