after a feverish amount of work i finished the bird i conceived on sunday.
i started working on monday morning it the wee hours of 1am and finished before 7pm - i delivered it on our fence post - i saw she got it but i didnt see anything in reply yet. (we often leave items on out fence for one another- then followed by a note that it was received)
he has little twig legs from her japanese maple tree that shades our yard and can sit on his own. he is not perfectly symmetric but im pretty happy with the results. i hope she is too!
