im in a bit of a funk this morning. just dont know where to start or what to do about anything. there's knitting to be done, stockings to be bought, (eww theres a spider on my desk!), piles of paper always that get shifted around that should be put away, decisions to be made (should i dress up on halloween?). audrey is home today so i tend not to do a whole lot.
audrey started crying yesterday saying there's a boy in another class who throws dirt in her eyes. so i gave the usual speech. tell the boy to stop, you dont like it, then go tell your teachers. i was able to speak to one of her teachers this morning at the bus stop this morning who know who the student was and said she'd speak to his teacher (he is in anothr class) and she talked to audrey too but i didnt hear what they said and audrey said "i cant know" - which means she doesnt remember. i assume it was just the same as what i said. max was funny becuase overheard me & audrey talking about it last night. he said " yeah thats what my teacher tells me to do and it works" and audrey said " max is there a bad boy at your school too?" that sounded so sad... max said no but sometimes there are kids who forget the rules...
