well i feel much better. i thought i was hitting a stud. i thought i didnt need to use an anchor in plaster but maybe i was wrong really nothing to cry about. i just need an hour or so to mope. i went through everything that was in the 'linen closet'. i took some old washcloths, a fleece blanket i hated, a knit blanket that was ripped and put those aside to take to the SPCA
