this was quite the weekend.
saturday was really sweet. our nightbor had a tea party for her 2yr old's birthday. that was the highlight of the whole day. sitting outside chatting it up with neighbors, watching kids play just like suburbanites.
sunday the fit hit the shan. shawn said we had no plans, i knew of no plans. i made a massage appointment b/c i was about ready to stick any poiny object in my eye to stop the pain. i also called laurie to see if she wanted to get together. well i was able to manage both! shawn then said well he was planning to go to hershey park but i ruined it all! :P
well after some he said, she said, saying mean thing yelling, crying on my part it was time for me to go.
oddly it was great massage. as the day went on my headache and other pain dissapated.
then i met laurie for lunch and we wandered around a shopping center. she suggested we get a drink. i gave my usual answer of "ehhhhhh i shouldnt........" but i guess you can tell by where this is going i did.
so one espresso martini later i was happy, loud and having a better then i had in a few weeks. of course dont you know the waiter brings me a second while laurie is in the ladies room. after a few sips we told him he better take it away, and bring some water and food. then we checked the time and laurie had to go. then it turned into the after school special. i needed to be responsible and call shawn for a ride home :P
we went thismorning & picked up my car.
then at 9?:30 i dropped the kids off at teh art lessons. on my way back. i hit the mirror on a truck that belongs to someone on my street but whom i do not know. i left a note. and the truck is still there.
yup quite the weekend
