our garage area seems to bee some sort of black hole where everyone's elses stuff blows. i get sick of taking back people's trash cans, lids & recycle bins for a 6 neighbor vicinity. trash cans & recycle bins are supposed to be labeled with your adress & and trash cans are supposed to have attached lids.
well for about 6, maybe 8 weeks there has been a trash can with no address on it, on my property, and two lids. im 95% sure it belongs to neighborX, but like i said i'm sick of taking everyone else's stuff back so i just left it kinds nudged it between our property & our next door neighbor, hoping the owner would come & get it. that never happened. so today i get the idea hey, its windy why dont i tip it over let it blow away be someone else's problem.
dont you know someone picked it up and returned it to me :P

i should add i dont want this trash can, i dont have room this can, and due to west chester's strict trash laws i can even use this trash can. i guess i should take it back to where i think it belongs.
