we all got back home yesterday afternoon.
the trip got off to a very rocky start. we were stuck in the philadelphia airport for 3 extra hours, then on the actual plane for another 3 just sitting on the runway because of ice. the next morning my cough that i need for weeks was horrible, i was a point i was doubling over and holding on to things every time i coughed.
oh and it was cold!!!
turned out the kids colds got worse too and my in-laws didnt diregarded our directions and took them to the hospital (becuase they had fevers) and they got chest x-rays! at least they were negative.
there was some fun stuff we rented a scooter for an hour and there was alot of amazing art deco architecture to take in along with some interesting fashions. i think we saw mos def. we were never out late for any night life i was just too sick the high point of most days was just walking around.
it will definately be a LONG time before i leave the kids again.
later this afternoon we'll all be seeing the doctor
