here's my post about me- i have had a steady head on the right side of my head for a few days. i dont know what it causing it. if its the cold i have or grinding, stress, it doesnt feel like migraine but sometimes it will get to that point it does pain wise and my eye will start hurting too. my shoulders are really tight too.
shawn rubbed my shoulders for me this morning and i put on a heat wrap so i hope some of this might help. i havent been getting much sleep becuase as soon as i lay down i start coughing.
