well the doc says i got me a nasty sinus infection and that very well could explain some of my exhaustion especaily coupled with just having a respitory infection and the fact its post-holidays. so i got another z-pak and blessing to lay low for a few days but then im supposed to start excerising etc to fight back the winter blues
oh some how i lost 9lbs since the 26th- i thought i was gaining!
