i always thought 'glow in the dark' or 'black light' tattoos were an urban myth, you know like seasonal affective disorder, or a plan to get out of iraq... but today- today my hairdresser showed my his black light tats- i was so excited i dont even remember what it was-- something written across his knuckles...
