first mistake:
telling the kids i'd hang outdoor lights today

second mistake:
not checking the wad of lights before hand (they are not working)

now:
i revised my plan to after coffee & some knitting i'd explore the basement & see if there were more lights if not we'd buy some then hang them.

they say today will be our last warm day. it might even get up to 70! but after that its all rain wind and maybe even flurries!

on the knitting front"
two hats were flapped last night (i stayed up too late) one more needs flaps and horns, all need horns. it is possible i could work up one more beanie and put some vitange buttons on it by 1-2pm tomorrow to take to market. we'll see my finger are starting to hurt a bit.
