one more road block in the knitting of the baby blanket: in the afternoon i was slicing a bagel & talking to shawn (yes you know where this is going) i sliced through my left index finger. its pretty bad, but i'll survive with stitches or anything. it might just be a few days before i pick up speed again knitting.
the birthday party is tomorrow and of course no one but me seems concerned about cleaning up the house :P at least im getting some time alone while they go the gym, then later they'll go see grandmom and i'll finally get my hair done
max did well last night, he did have some trouble with left & right but he was exhibiting a ton of energy so his teacher was really happy and he was promoted to blue belt!
