i think my past two weeks of being bored and not knowing what to do with myself are over. max's birthday party is a week away. i havent made any plans, i have 15 people coming none of whom are family. i want to paint my 1st floor hall before then and i think shawn & i settled on a color for our bedroom too. plus in my random mumbling i suggested we could paint the kitchen floor rather then resurface in and shawn really likes that idea too. ok so im not doing all that painting right away but i do need to plan this star wars party & clean up the house. my mom also mentioned my sister in law's baby will probably come sooner the expected so i better start knitting faster then expected :)
max has his second belt test this friday, he'll be testing for his blue karate belt- i'll have to get out that 'iron' again and use it to get his offical uniform nice and crisp.
last is the big news- shawn has accepted a new job! it will be with hewlitt packard again but a new postion that will allow him to work from home 3-4 days a week. he will also have the last week of august off. im pretty excited to see how this will all work out.
