i completely forgot that we had electricians coming today. if that wasnt bad enough i had little to no clue what they were supposed to be working on other installing and attic and "make my kitchen light work again" i had to sheepishly admit shawn & i never talked about this while holding my crying 5 year while i was in pj's with my have eaten breakfast on the table.
yeah sure im comfortable examing a birds nest on my front porch in my pj's but i dont want three guys staring down at my & my kids when im 'not dressed' at 8am!
so after a bit we all got everything straighten nout. the lead guy keeps calling me 'madame' cracking me up on the inside, since we look to be peers. the kids and i took a trip to the library then a diner for lunch on foot that took a total of 3 hours. we were able to check out teh library store. the kids have $21 books each thats not going to buy them a good prize so either im going to be reading my tail off or we are coming home with like 20 rubber snakes on saturday :P
