good news & bad news

i went to the dentist today.
the good news my toothgrinding is finally is being adressed, the bad news is that because i killed an otherwise healthy tooth by grinding. i go next week to get a root canal on that tooth and get fitted for my bruxium device . tomorrow the kids go in for check ups. audrey went with me today and was so sweet. on her own she came over and held my hand during the cleaning and at another point gave me her teddy bear that she brought to play with. max stayed home with dad since shawn is working from home all week, the first time since december!
this afternoon audrey has her first gymnastic class.
