i met another neighbor today. she moved here in october. a single mom with two kids, a boy 8, and a daughter 6. she was very excited to see me wearing my "kiss me i'm persian" tee shirt (says it in farsi- reallys its shawn but he doesnt wear it) turns out she is syrian which is similar to persian culture. we went from standing in the alley talk to her giving me a full tour of her home and an offer to bring over fresh bakes cookies later.
there was alot of coincidents she nows goes to physical therapy where i used to work, and she worked at the shop that made my wedding cake! she also has a love for all thing vintage and retro from clothes, to furniture to appliances.
it wa sall kinda overwhelming but i' pretty sure we'll be seeing each other again since our houses back up to one anothers.
