valentine sign?

last night after a hectic 15mins tryingto park my car in the snow, and rushing to make dinner. shawn brought in from an online florisgt. so he opebned it for me, and there was dozen roses and a pretty red vase. (they were from him before anyone gets any ideas) so he said i did it but somone how the vase fell on the floor in athousand peices (mind you im trying to get dinner on the table) so shawn cleaned that up, as im making pancakes. then after dinner he gets another vase unwraps the roses and four of the flower heads fall off! is this some sort of sign?
i placed the cut roses in a tea cup and i think it looks cute but i still emailed 1-800-flowers.com and complained and got an autmatic response saying valentines is very busy for them and they will get back to me soon.
