i must post this disapointing news, to help save other from my mistake. dont try to cut corners when making a pinata. it wont work to cover a balloon in masking tape. if i had known this sooner, i could of saved myself a lot of time and ... a lot of tape!
well to search a papier mache recipe, then again i do have lots of glue.....
