i was kinda bummed last night to write & tired!
as far as sales went i sold 2 baby pumpkin hats and 1 adult hat. and quite a few felt balls.
it was kind of fun. alot of people stopped and looked and comented it was just too hot (88 degrees!) i kept reminding everyone two more weeks and it would be cold, or that i got the memo wrong and thought it was a 'chilly festival', "you'll be sorry, what about the ant & the grasshopper!". one gentleman suggested next year i come up with a spoon holster since everyone walks around with their plastic spoons and tons get dropped. another guy really liked one of my hats with a huge red pompom but his girlfreind didnt :P ( i told him she had no flare for fashion)
the hard to watch stuff was why did everyone have to stretch out the hats then put them back down? or try on the mittens then put them down? or worst people say "oh this is great really beautiful" i'd say thank you, then they would say " i'm a knitter too you have great ideas" :P argh!! hey this isnt a talent exhibit!! and alot of local people who know me (b/c i go to their shops) came over and said things like "oh!! this is what you're always doing!!" which was pretty neat :)
so who knows i might get some emails, becuase lots of people tooks cards. i did feel a little hurt that so many freinds/neighbors who said it was such a great idea and they wanted to see what i had either never came or just looked and didnt buy. but shawn keeps reminding me it was probably just the heat.

oh also my cameras stopped working but laurie was nice enough to take some photos. so i'll put them up when i get them.
