seriously that yellow has to go- i think a pro is will be hired to tackle that job because inside the staircase it reaches over 12 feet high, plus the knewl post & bainsters need to be striped & re-stained, and we found a painter that does that and mason work and the chimmney need some repointing but its always to small a job for a full time mason but too big a job to let go.

my next painting endevour will be the dining room- fresh coat of white with navy trim to cover up that colonial blue- maybe my mommy will stop having da je vu with all my photos :) - but mom is it weird seeing all my thing in the old dining room?
