its been a real nice day, very quiet. most the morning i fiddled with that star stitch taking breaks to clean up a little while the kids played & watched some old spiderman dvd's. miraculaously both kids fell asleep during nap, and while they napped i took my migraine meds and snoozed too. i woke up pain free and to a very quiet house :) after awhile the kids got up and i took max to karate and audrey to the playroom, then we stayed at the gym and had a light dinner, now we are home waiting for shawn to come home.
i never did get the hang of the star stitch but i'll keep trying. i did need to bring a project with me so i started a seed stitch scarf while watching the karate lesson. we even got a call yesterday from his instructor saying what a treat it was to have him in class! also today i got a postcard from kerry who is half way thru her three week vacation in hawaii- lucky girl! :)
