i have to admit im kinda bored. there's only so much time a person can stay relatively in one room wtaching nick jr. its day three for the floors. its not going as i anticipated, i only have access to the fridge (oven and canbinets are under drop cloths), washed dishes in the bathroom sink, and there is saw dust everywhere. they are supposed to be finished today but im not sure they will be. so soon audrey will be finshed her lunch, and i'll have to put in the kids in the car so she will nap.
on a totally different note, ive been researching mendi (the art of body painting with henna) and i found out its actaully a persian tradition that spread to india, turkey, and even to spain. when it got to india it become a wedding tradition, but before that it was used to beautify and to note other significant life changes. and many henna artists consider iranian henna to be the best in the world, with the deepest ruby tones. i'll add a link to the site i got all this info from, its a great site to browse for photographs and information
