so back to the kitchen:

well when i was growing up my mom had a VERY old betty crocker cook book with these great little illistrations. she still has the book so when i go to visit her im going to photocopy some of these drawings, enlarge them, maybe add some color and frame them, or offset them in an area of contrasting paint and just decoupage them directly to the wall to create a boarder above the cabinets. kitchen kitsch at its best!!!!!!!
