so i cant believe i forgot to tell you about my brush with death yesterday... i choked on a waffle!
i inhaled a chunk, and started choking. after what felt like a few minutes i coughed it up but instantly inhaled up into my nose!!!! ahhhhh yes... the joys of eating. i cant believe i was attacked by my favorite food

i made chocolate chip cookies today, i guess there isnt too much more to tell about that.
BUT i did finally make a dinner i was proud of, dinners have been rough recently. i made "marshmallow soup" for my son it was chicken broth, tofu cubes, and carrots. i made chicken, and rice and carrots for me and my daughter along with a spinach salad. then with the leftovers i made chicken soup with rice! and of course there were still-
warm, soft chocolate chip cookies for dessert! :)
well all this talk about cookies is making me hungry!
